Rou Cong Rong traditionally used in Herbal Medicine for:

• To tonify the kidney
• Replenish essence and blood
• Senile constipation

Active Ingredients: 

• Cistanche deserticola (Rou cong rong)  known as Desert Ginseng in China.  Cistanche deserticola contains chemicals that act as antioxidants. It also contains chemicals that might decrease swelling, slow the breakdown of bones, and modify levels of hormones in the body.

Recommended Dose:

For adults: take 2 capsules per day

Packaging: 60 veggie capsules per bottle
